Another Odia finds place in Indian Blind Cricketers Team. Lingaraj Routray has been selected to represent Odisha in the National Team. He is the 4th Odia to be a part of the team. After Zafar Iqbal, Sukhram and Pankaj Bhoi, Lingaraj gets selected. 

The first match will be in Sri Lanka where India plays the host in Colombo. He is a right-handed batsman and bowler who has impressed many with his talent and cricketing skills. It is his dream to play in the cricket World Cup. 

The plot feels like a movie when his story come to the forefront that Lingaraj was not born blind. He lost his vision when he was playing cricket with his friends and a ball hit him in his eye. He took inspiration from Criketer, Zafar Iqbal and made him his idol and then the rest as they say is history. Today he plays for India. Odias pray for the team’s victory.
